Class Registration – Class fees are due when registering for a class. This will hold the space. Class DescriptionOffered Monthly –Sew Day - Do you have an unfinished project, need help or just want to be with other quilters? Join us for a day of sewing. HQ Class – This class gives you hands on experience with the HQ Sixteen machine. You will start from loading a “quilt” to practicing various techniques that can be used to quilt your quilt. Once you have completed the class you are then eligible to rent time on the frame to finish your own quilts! Class size limited. Sign up early! UFO Nights - Do you have any unfinished objects in your closet? Do you have a project you need help with? Join us for this night and get started again! Embroidery Club - An informal group who enjoy machine embroidery. Learn about stabilizers, threads and new patterns. Share problems, questions and finds! Great time to dust off that embroidery machine and start creating! Artista Version 5 Software – This will be offered as a monthly lesson using various features of this remarkable software. Each class is a stand alone and does not build off the previous class.
Parts of the Month – What if…you learned a whole bunch of traditional blocks AND you leaned how to improvise on those blocks, making them as quirky as you like? What if … you learned to work with traditional fabrics in new ways or wild fabrics in traditional ways? What if… you learned to trust your instincts – knowing when to match points and when to be wonky? What if….. when you finished this class with a fabulous quilt of your very own design. What if… you spent one evening a month playing with fabric, design and color? This could be the class for you! Classes meet on the third Tuesday of each month. You are strongly encouraged to sign up for the entire series and to attend each class. As an added incentive, folks who sign up for the series will receive a notebook and be able to get notes from any class that is missed.

Jacket Class - You’ve heard of it – now you can do it! Turn a sweatshirt into a one of a kind jacket. Using technique developed by Peg, in one day you will be wearing yours! Antique Christmas Memories -. Class is offered every other month to work on the blocks. Blocks are appliqué and piecing. Choice of appliqué technique. Still a few kits available. Last Minute Gift - Fabric Book – Do you have more gifts to make than time to make them? Here’s the solution. In one afternoon you can come pretty close to having a finished gift for that child in your life, or lighthouse enthusiast or bird lover. This is also the way to make an album of photos printed on cloth or even put together samples of blocks you know and love. Perfect for appliqué and paper pieced blocks. Simple piecing and some assembly tricks will let you leave the class with a finished 8 or 12 page book – hurray! Now check off that gift list. Serger Basics – Dust off your serger and bring it to class. Would you like to know about sergers and how to use them? Join us. Learn threading, changing blades, needles and general maintenance. Learn the settings of the machine, rolled hem, and tension settings. HQ 16 Advanced Class – Tired of just doodling on your quilt tops? This class will show you how to use some of the many rulers that are available for use with mid/long arm machines. Christmas Cube – Using a Karen Combs pattern Deb will show you how easy it is to create the illusion of a 3D cube. In this case a Christmas cube, but it could easily be a birthday box. These towels are great. You can add a themed basket or just give as is. Fun and easy to make. A great way to decorate your home for the holidays. You will need to bring your embroidery machine as we will be stitching out a design to incorporate into our runner. 2 classes Jelly Bag – Easy design and uses strips or jelly rolls.
